A bright 24 m² studio with a south-facing balcony looking out to La Dôle, in a quiet spot in Les Rousses. Modern and well laid out: lounge area opening onto the balcony, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate WC.

The free ski shuttle (with a lift pass) stops 5 minutes away and the cross-country ski trails are close by. The residence has a ski room and a large free outdoor car park.
