Booking conditions

These conditions apply to bookings made directly on this website. For bookings made on Airbnb, Booking.com or any other platform, the platform's own conditions apply. In case of any difference, the French version of these conditions prevails.

Rates and stays

• Rates vary with the season (high, mid, low). The exact price is shown by the booking module.
• The base rate is for 2 guests; each extra guest is charged €40 per night, up to the studio's capacity.
• Minimum stay: 2 nights. During the February winter holidays, stays run Saturday to Saturday (7 or 14 nights).
• Included: bed linen, one bath towel per person, end-of-stay cleaning, WiFi and TV.

Payment

• Your booking is confirmed instantly; a credit card is requested as a guarantee, with no charge at the time of booking.
• A 50% deposit is charged 30 days before arrival (immediately if you book less than 30 days ahead); the balance is due before arrival.
• French ANCV electronic holiday vouchers (Chèques-Vacances) are accepted.
• A €500 security deposit (uncashed cheque) is requested on arrival and returned on departure, unless there is damage.

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: nothing is charged (or the deposit already paid is refunded), except for bookings at a non-refundable rate.
• Less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is kept. In case of no-show, the deposit is kept and the balance may be claimed.
• No refund is given for an interrupted or shortened stay.

Arrival and departure

Self check-in from 4 pm until 10 pm (other times on request), check-out before 10 am. Two sets of keys are provided on arrival, with the residence access badge and the ski room key where applicable.

House rules

• Non-smoking accommodation; no pets; no parties.
• Please respect the residence rules and your neighbours' peace and quiet.
• Any damage is the guest's responsibility, including any amount exceeding the security deposit.
